Shipping
All items are shipped within 5 days of your purchase.
I use regular Norwegian priority mail when shipping, this option does not have any tracking. If you want to be able to track your order, please purchase the “tracked and insured” option on checkout.
Please note that due to COVID-19 and other circumstances, shipping is slower than usual, especially on bulkier packages. Outside of Europe takes 1-3 months and Europe around 1 month. Sometimes shipping is much faster than this, but I don’t want to make any promises. Shipping to Norway takes 1-3 business days.
We will not be held accountable for items lost in the mail or provide a refund.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information including, e-mail, shipping address, and billing information
Taxes
My shop is based in Norway. If you order from abroad, please bare in mind that your country might charge additional taxes and fees when it goes through customs. Customs duties (ranging from 12 to 40% of the total amount of the order) or other local taxes or import duties, are likely to be payable. These taxes are payable on receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination.
All possible customs costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We will not give a refund on your countries duties.
Returns
Please note: Your phone screen/computer monitor settings may also change the appearance of colors. This is the nature of online shopping and as such will NOT be considered a "defect" or grounds for a return. Please order with an open mind when it comes to colors!
If your piece doesn’t fit or suit you, you are welcome to return it for store credit.
Only unworn, unwashed, no pet hair, and unaltered clothing may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item. If any item does not meet these guidelines they will be denied an exchange and be sent back. Buyer pays for shipping back.
All returned items MUST be in like-new condition, tried on only. I do not accept returns of pieces that are obviously worn or after the piece has been worn and washed.

Exchanges
If merchandise is defective in anyway I would be happy to exchange it.
In the event of a flawed item, a refund may be issued when the item is returned. This refund will NOT include shipping, as shipping is a 3rd party service, and services cannot be reversed.
